Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and win2 ("win2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the win2 online gaming platform available at https://win2.one. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the win2 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the win2 platform.
Section 01
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the win2 online gaming website accessible at https://win2.one, including all games, features, tools, and services offered therein.
- "Account" means the registered player account created by a User on the win2 Platform.
- "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the win2 Platform.
- "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
- "Bonus Credits" means promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus terms.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by win2 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the win2 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
Section 02
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the win2 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, together with the win2 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and win2.
win2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Note for Filipino Players: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. By using win2, you acknowledge that you are subject to Philippine gaming regulations and that your use of the Platform must comply with all applicable local laws.
Section 03
Eligibility
To register and use the win2 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. win2 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of jurisdiction.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register Accounts on the win2 Platform.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of win2, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by win2 or by any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.
Age Verification: win2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID card. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 21 or above will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Section 04
Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on win2, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the win2 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. win2 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. win2 will never request your password through any channel.
- Notification of Breach: You must notify win2 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. win2 support is available 24/7 via live chat.
- KYC Verification: win2 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.
win2 reserves the right to decline any Account registration application without providing a reason.
Section 05
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the win2 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- Accepted Payment Methods: win2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. win2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Withdrawal Processing: win2 aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer depending on the receiving institution.
- Anti-Money Laundering: win2 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. win2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
- Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). win2 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
Important: win2 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal requests. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. win2 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Section 06
Bonuses and Promotions
win2 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
- win2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
- win2 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of software errors.
- Bonus Credits cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash directly. They must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal is permitted.
Section 07
Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the win2 Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The following terms apply to gameplay:
- Game rules for each title are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
- In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on win2's servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record.
- win2 reserves the right to void any wager placed as a result of a software error, technical malfunction, or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
- Live dealer game results are final once the round has been completed and confirmed by the dealer. No claims will be entertained after a round has concluded.
- win2 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed from the lobby at any time without prior notice.
Section 08
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the win2 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug or error must report it to win2 support immediately and must not exploit it.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- Allowing any third party to access or use your Account.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward win2 staff or other Players.
Fraud and Chargebacks: Any Player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute will have their Account immediately suspended. win2 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies against Players who engage in fraudulent financial activity on the Platform.
Section 09
Intellectual Property
All content on the win2 Platform — including but not limited to the win2 name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of win2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the win2 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from win2.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
- Use the win2 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
Section 10
Privacy and Data
win2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the win2 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
win2 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform. Section 11
Responsible Gaming
win2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players directly from their Account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is automatically paused until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the win2 Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion is enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
- Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay that display your session duration and net gaming activity.
win2 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement and actively monitors accounts for indicators of problem gambling behaviour. Section 12
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, server errors, or connectivity issues beyond win2's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
win2's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit win2's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Section 13
Suspension and Termination
win2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
- A regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
- Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used by a person under the age of 21.
Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable AML checks.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting win2 support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.
Section 14
Amendments to These Terms
win2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, win2 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, win2 may also notify Players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the win2 Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting win2 support.
Section 15
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact win2 support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. win2 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days of receiving a written complaint.
win2 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that win2 has acted in breach of applicable regulations may file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority.
